Why did I previously see “WinAnsi cannot encode …”?
Built-in PDF fonts are WinAnsi-only. We now embed Unicode TTF (Noto Sans), so characters like ₹/€, and many scripts render correctly.
Can I use my own font?
Yes—drop your TTF/OTF into /public/fonts and change the file names in the code. Provide regular/bold/italic variants for best results.
